What You'll Do:
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be a vital link between our sales team, our valued customers, and our manufacturing operations. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth and strengthening customer loyalty through:

Strategic Account Development: Partner with Sales Managers and Field Sales Consultants to identify new leads, uncover exciting up-selling opportunities, and implement targeted phone outreach programs.

Building Strong Relationships: Initiate and cultivate engaging phone communication with our existing customer base, ensuring a consistently positive and enduring experience.

Direct Sales & Support: Confidently communicate the immense value of our medical device products to the medical community, providing exceptional product recommendations, availability, and pricing information.

Driving Growth: Proactively identify and engage inactive or lapsed accounts to re-ignite sales and expand our reach.

Data-Driven Insights: Maintain our CRM with precision, manage the sales lead pipeline, and analyze sales results and trends to provide meaningful reports that inform sales strategies and production planning.

Operational Excellence: Provide essential administrative support, coordinate new product releases, and actively identify process improvements to enhance efficiency as we grow.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

2+ years of experience in Marketing, Direct Marketing, e-Commerce, or Sales.

A Bachelor's Degree (preferred), ideally in Marketing or a business-related field.

Proven experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and analyze online/offline marketing campaigns.

Advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ACT (or similar CRM).
Bonus Points If You Have (Nice to Have Skills):

Knowledge or experience in an industry regulated by Quality System Regulations.

An understanding of FDA Quality System and ISO regulations.

Experience in the ophthalmic industry.
