Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and support the smooth flow of daily operations in a medical office or clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival
• Check in and check out patients efficiently and accurately
• Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take messages
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays or balances
• Maintain patient records and update demographic/insurance information
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Handle front desk administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
• Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and welcoming
