Job Summary

The Assembly Technician will be responsible for performing manual assembly and production tasks according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role involves adhering to production documentation, maintaining product quality, and supporting equipment set up and operation within the assembly area. The technician will contribute to cross-functional process improvements and ensure compliance with applicable quality and environmental health standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned manual assembly and production tasks.
• Complete all production-related documentation accurately.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate production-related equipment in the assembly area.
• Maintain product quality throughout the production process.
• Assist in the setup and preparation of production materials.
• Support cross-functional process improvement initiatives and department/corporate goals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality and EHS regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of related work experience, or an AA degree with related work experience.
• Understanding of FDA and cGMP regulated production practices is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of job tasks with minimal supervision required.
• Able to use general/automated laboratory and production equipment.
