Job Summary

We are seeking an Epic Grand Central/Prelude Analyst to support our client company’s Primary Care clinics across the region with build-out and maintenance of Epic applications. This role involves evaluating, analyzing, and recommending system changes, supporting application planning and design, and serving as a primary contact for production maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate project requests, conduct assessments, and lead implementation activities within field of expertise and systems supported.
• Prepare detailed project plans and manage project timelines, budgets, and implementation efforts.
• Utilize ServiceNow to monitor, acknowledge, and resolve tickets, coordinate patches, service packs, and version upgrades.
• Perform administrative duties, including logging project work hours and creating test cases.
• Provide on-call support for production systems, ensuring system integrity, integration, and stability.

Qualifications

• Epic Prelude, Grand Central, Cadence, Referral, Welcome, RTE certification preferred.

Experience

• At least 4 years of work-related experience required.
• Experience in project management and direct experience with similar systems.

Education

• Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Continuing education requirements must be completed and maintained for applicable applications.
• If internal, 4 years of direct application experience overrides the need for a degree.
