Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Claims Auditor responsible for ensuring the quality of claims processes and compliance with external regulations and contractual obligations. This role involves researching, reviewing, and resolving provider service issues, suggesting process improvements, and providing information to all staff. Additionally, the Claims Auditor will conduct special projects and support management by auditing examiners' adjudicated claims for accuracy.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations in the claims process.
• Research and resolve problem claims and issues through provider services.
• Suggest process improvements and provide information to staff as a resource.
• Conduct special projects and assist department management as needed.
• Review and audit examiners’ adjudicated claims for accuracy and provide feedback.

Schedule / Shift

This is a remote role; candidates can reside in any state.
