Job Title: Clinic Coordinator - Medical Assistant

 Location: Noblesville/Carmel Indiana 
Job Type: Full-Time

Join a high-impact team of Clinic Coordinators supporting three podiatry offices. This role blends leadership, operations, and clinical care — ideal for an experienced MA ready to take the next step.

Schedule: 

• Monday - Friday, typically 8 AM-4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations across 3 offices; act as lead resource for staff
   
• Provide both front and back office coverage as needed
   
• Perform clinical duties: chart prep, vitals, rooming, wound care, casting, diabetic shoe fitting, x-rays (training provided)
   
• Handle receptionist tasks: patient intake, insurance verification, EMR updates, chart reviews, faxes, check-ins/outs
   
• EMR: iSalus (training provided if unfamiliar)

Requirements:

• MA diploma/certification required
   
• Confident communicator and self-starter with multitasking skills
   
• Must be comfortable working independently across multiple location
