Job Summary

As a Billing Administrative Assistant, you'll support our client by assisting the Revenue Cycle Management team through various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to external and internal phone calls in a timely manner.
• Assist the Payment Posting team with posting approved Adjustments and Refunds.
• Scan all incoming mail and distribute according to department policy.
• Create daily deposits for incoming mail payments.
• Process all credit card payments related to incoming mail payments.
• Order and put away supplies.
• Act as a backup for Charge and Payment Posters if needed.
