Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to oversee change management initiatives driven by system implementations, mergers, and acquisitions. The role involves building relationships across various business functions and optimizing communication and change management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management initiatives related to system and process changes, specifically D365 for ERP and CRM.
- Build and maintain relationships with various business functions following mergers and acquisitions.
- Focus on communication and change management to enhance employee experience.
- Implement streamlined approaches for OCM best practices.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in change management and communications.
- Ability to engage in senior-level conversations.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, particularly with small businesses, and making informed business decisions.
- Prosci certification is a plus.
- Experience in a highly technical organization is a plus, specifically in life sciences.

Additional Requirements
- Remote work is available, with preferences for candidates local to Connecticut or Rochester, NY. Occasional travel may be necessary.
