Position: Integrated Behavioral Health Therapist

Location: Layton, UT (Fully on-site)

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 annually+ $17,000 in bonus opportunities(depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities).

What You'll Do:

As an Integrated Behavioral Health Therapist, you'll be a critical part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional patient care. You'll:

• Collaborate and Partner: Work closely with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care, building strong relationships and helping medical staff understand the behavioral health needs of their patients.
• Provide Evidence-Based Interventions: Deliver brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g., Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g., Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
• Drive Positive Patient Outcomes: Leverage real-time data to immediately understand your impact and drive positive patient outcomes.
• Contribute to an Innovative Team: Positively contribute to an ever-expanding clinical team committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients.
• Maintain a Balanced Schedule: See 6-8 patients per day, with 45-minute appointments and 15 minutes for follow-up calls within each hour. You'll have a dedicated lunch break and consistent 8 AM - 5 PM hours, Monday through Friday, aligning with primary care clinic operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.).
• An active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
• A proven and passionate drive for patient impact and clinical outcomes, demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with diverse patient issues.
• Collaboration dedication: A strong desire to work as a team with diverse behavioral and physical health providers to ensure "Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing."
• Growth mindset and agility: The understanding that effective clinicians must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly to best serve patients in an ever-changing world.
• Personal agency: The desire to do the best work of your career while developing a self-care routine aligned with patient impact and accountability.

Preferred Experience:
