Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support. The primary responsibilities include performing a variety of office tasks, managing communications, and supporting office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of administrative functions including filing, equipment maintenance, copying, and faxing.
• Provide general office support to staff and all internal customers and handle multiple activities effectively.
• Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, support mailings, and coordinate bulk mailing processes as necessary.
• Accurately route correspondence and direct office visitors; manage office telephones and respond to information requests.
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite and other technologies to improve productivity.
• Accurately and effectively schedule travel arrangements for staff as directed.
