Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Claims Analyst to join a dynamic team responsible for supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, and ongoing system enhancements. The role involves working on ambulatory claims with a focus on customer service and Epic build expertise. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with frequent practice go-lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Epic upgrades by assessing needs, completing builds, testing, and providing training support.
• Engage in enhancement and optimization requests by working with end users and subject matter experts.
• Assist in the full implementation lifecycle, including gathering requirements, workflow analysis, testing, and go-live.
• Resolve incidents and requests by monitoring service queues and documenting resolutions.
• Mentor other team members and participate in Epic projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Epic tools such as Nova and Sherlock.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience as an Epic Build Analyst.
• Knowledge of professional billing practices, clearing house integration, and SFTP.
• Strong technical proficiency in Epic application build, configuration, and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Additional Requirements

• Travel up to 25% for customer visits and team meetings.
• Occasional night and weekend work required during onsite trips and urgent issue support.
