Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Call Center Pharmacy Technician who will work under the supervision of the Call Center and Onboarding team supervisor. The primary role will involve acting as the first point of contact for those who utilize pharmacy services and facilitating new patient enrollment. Additional duties include supporting the needs of patients and facilities through pharmacy technician and customer service responsibilities such as data entry, prescription profile management, and managing inbound and outbound customer contacts. The role may also require support for pharmacy production as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for current pharmacy service users and facilitate new patient enrollment.
• Support patients and facilities through pharmacy technician and customer service duties.
• Perform data entry and manage prescription profiles.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts.
• Support pharmacy production as required.

Requirements

• MA Pharmacy Technician License
• Experience with handling a high volume of calls.
