Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Scribe to join their team. The primary responsibilities include taking detailed notes in NextTech during medical appointments and surgeries, managing follow-up tasks, maintaining medical records, handling insurance documentation, and assisting with studies and chart compliance. The role requires efficient handling of multiple daily appointments and surgeries while ensuring accurate and organized documentation.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Full-time scribe duties
• Taking notes in NextTech
• Handling 6-20 surgery patients per month
• Managing 15-20 appointments weekly
• Supporting 2 surgeries daily
• Working Monday to Friday for 40 hours
• Conducting follow-up tasks, managing medical records, and insurance processing
• Archiving notes, assisting with studies, and complying charts

Skills

• Ability to efficiently take detailed notes using NextTech
• Experience in a medical office is beneficial
• Capacity for learning administrative tasks

Additional Requirements

Medical office experience would be advantageous, and training on administrative responsibilities can be provided.

Schedule / Shift

The role requires 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday.
