Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee daily clinical operations of medical services and lab operations. This role ensures regulatory compliance and drives continuous improvement in access, quality, and efficiency of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure services adhere to regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in medical services and laboratory operations.
• Coordinate activities to enhance the quality and efficiency of services.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's degree required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting with direct staff oversight.
• Certified medical assistant and phlebotomy/lab technician experience required.
• Experience with AthenaOne EMR is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of medical clinic/office experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Specific experience as a certified medical assistant and in phlebotomy/lab techniques.

Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate purposefully and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

• Must have a valid State Driver’s License and automobile with insurance coverage.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Clinical Laboratory Supervisor (CLS) preferred.
