Job Summary

Our client is currently seeking diligent Billing Customer Service Representatives who will work on-site. These roles are contract to hire (CTH) positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Address patient inquiries and complaints regarding billing through phone calls and customer service interactions.
• Manage and respond to issues as reported by patients via correspondence.
• Oversee the collection of timely documentation from network providers and patients, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Take inbound calls from patients concerning their billing questions.
• Update patient accounts accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience understanding Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
