Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter, contributing to the manufacturing of precision wire components, springs, and wire assemblies for multiple industries including Medical, Electronics, Aerospace, and Military.

Key Responsibilities

• Data analysis utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Implement Corrective/Preventative Action (CAPA) and failure analysis processes and documentation.
• Act as Customer Liaison handling complaints and developing effective solutions.
• Experience with Gage R&R, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow documentation as part of component part validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Collect, track, and analyze quality metrics to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 13485 requirements.
• Effective writing and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office; experience with Minitab and PLEX ERP is a plus.
• A Bachelor's Degree in engineering, quality, or manufacturing is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Quality Engineering role.
