Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to join their team. The primary focus of this role is to deliver short-term, evidence-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families, emphasizing brief interventions. This position requires close coordination with internal services to connect clients with long-term resources. The role is part of the CAYAC team, working with children, adolescents, parents/caregivers, and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to determine appropriate intervention strategies.
• Provide education and support around behavioral health issues and treatment options.
• Implement crisis intervention techniques and connect clients to appropriate resources.
• Deliver brief therapy/solution-focused approaches with concise, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Participate in case consultation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, timely, compliant clinical documentation in electronic health record.
• Develop and maintain positive, professional, and productive relationships with consumers, the public, other agencies, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
