Licensed Clinical Therapist Position (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT)
Overview:
We are seeking licensed clinical therapists (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team. This position involves providing virtual mental health care, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. This role offers a structured approach to therapy with administrative support and the opportunity to build a caseload that reflects your strengths and interests.
Pay: $40-$62.50/hour
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial diagnostic sessions and follow-up 1-hour psychotherapy sessions (45 minutes with patient, 15 minutes for documentation). Suggested session structure: 30 minutes of therapy, 15 minutes wind-up, 15 minutes for video/resources.
- Manage a patient load of approximately 5 or more patients per day.
- Utilize Lucent and Theranest for documentation.
- Conduct intakes for referred clients (via Zoom or in-person).
- Participate in monthly case consultations and peer discussions.
- Contribute to program development and innovative mental health initiatives.
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.
- Computer skills for documentation and resource sharing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of post-graduate therapy experience.
- Experience with Medi-Cal services and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) contracts
- Passion for mentoring ASWs and associates.

Schedule:
- Minimum commitment of 25 hours of therapy (30 hours of work, including administrative time) per week.
- Therapy can be conducted any time, 7 days a week, based on therapist's availability.
- Ideal schedule is 30-35 hours per week.
Additional Information:
- Familiarity with virtual care models is preferred.
