Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Front Office Representative who will be responsible for checking in and out, registering patients in EPIC, and managing insurance uploads and eligibility. The candidate will be adept at multitasking, answering phones, and scheduling appointments while providing support to a mini call center and a checkout station in an addiction medicine/therapy/treatment setting.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Check-in and check-out processes.
• Register patients using EPIC.
• Upload and verify insurance eligibility.
• Multitasking to handle various office duties.
• Answer and manage a high volume of daily phone calls.
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently.
• Support the mini call center and the checkout station.
• Engage with patients in an addiction medicine/therapy setting.
• Handle approximately 50-60 inbound calls per day.
