Overview: We're seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Medical Malpractice Insurance Producer to join our expanding team. This is a high-impact role for an experienced producer eager to build—or bring—a strong book of business in the healthcare and medical malpractice insurance space. You'll serve as the broker of record for top-tier carriers such as Coverys, Kinsale, The Hartford, and Burns & Wilcox, with the autonomy and support to grow a high-performing portfolio.

Location: Office in Manchester, NH

Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities in medical malpractice insurance.
• Build a book of business from the ground up—or bring an existing book, which is highly preferred.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with physicians, medical groups, and practice managers.
• Navigate both admitted and E&S markets to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Collaborate directly with the president/owner to shape growth strategy and client experience.
• May travel locally to different client offices for meetings

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance sales, with a strong emphasis on medical malpractice or healthcare lines.
• Ability to sell in both admitted and excess & surplus (E&S) markets.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Track record of developing trust and rapport with healthcare professionals.
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and entrepreneurial mindset.

Licensing Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty license, highly preferred
• Licenses to sell in New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont are preferred.
• Willingness to obtain licenses in other New England states (expenses covered).

Compensation:

Starts at $55,000 1st year base, no draw. 5% of new business first year premium, 5% renewal. No cap.
