Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily infusion billing across assigned locations.
• Ensure accuracy in HCPC codes, drug quantities, and supporting documentation.
• Print and mail HCFA 1500 forms.
• Attach explanations of benefits for secondary claims.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Track unused medications for return.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to gather missing documentation.
• Report billing activity to the supervisor.
• Support timely and accurate claim processing, as needed.
