Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care. The primary role includes assessing patient health needs, providing direct patient care, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities/ Job Duties: 
Dispense medications to patients through a secure window
Verify patient identity before administration
Provide daily or weekly take-home doses based on patient status
Occasionally assist with patient assessments
Maintain a clean and organized dispensary space

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:
LVN License 

Schedule/ Shift: 
Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Saturday: 7:00am - 11:00am
Sunday: 7:00am - 11:00am
Monday: 6:00am - 11:00am
Tuesday: 6:00am - 11:00am
