Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Pharmacy Technician responsible for filling and dispensing medications, managing inventory, processing orders and shipments, and undertaking clerical duties to ensure the efficient operation of the pharmacy.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Filling daily prescription orders, including punch cards, bulk items, OTCs, compounding, cassettes, and prepacks.
• Stocking and restocking medication inventory, reordering bulks and shorts, and maintaining inventory records.
• Printing daily orders for the pharmacy, printing labels and delivery sheets, and processing daily shorts and punch card buckets.
• Handling incoming medication shipments, including associated paperwork, and verifying inventory.
• Maintaining punch-card calendars and calendar boards, and assisting with other clerical tasks.
