Job Summary

Our client is seeking an independently licensed LCSW, LCMHC, LCSW-A, or LCMHC-A to join a dynamic outpatient pediatric behavioral health team as a Staff Therapist. This clinician will deliver direct behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and their families while helping build the clinic’s early programming and workflows. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a ground-up clinic launch focused on serving underserved youth and families through an integrated care approach in the Roxboro/Durham, NC area.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and their families.
• Assist in building the clinic’s early programming and workflows.
• Contribute to shaping the clinic's operations and culture during its launch and growth phases.
• Collaborate closely with local daycare and afterschool programs.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed as LCSW, LCMHC, LCSW-A, or LCMHC-A.
