Job Summary

Our client is currently seeking a Radiologic Technologist. The primary goal of this position is to perform radiologic procedures as ordered by healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety and the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic procedures as ordered by provider
• Position patient for proper view of the affected area
• Effectively communicate with patients to answer questions and direct proper positioning
• Edit, crop, and annotate images properly; quality check images
• Practice radiation safety; maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
• Additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Radiological Sciences
• Current ARRT license
• Licensed by the state of Kansas Board of Healing Arts or must obtain upon hire
• Client will assist with obtaining Missouri certification if needed
• Very open to experience level; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Preferred: BLS certification
