Job Title: Pediatric Nurse Manager
Location: New York, NY 10024
Work Location: Onsite West End Ave, New York, NY with travel to Scarsdale, NY (1–2x/month, reimbursed)

Salary Expectations/ Pay Rate or Range: $55–$60 per hour
Schedule/ Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours per week within this time frame)

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:
Lead all clinical operations at the NYC pediatric office and collaborate with the Scarsdale site to maintain optimal staffing and training.
Train and mentor new and existing nurses, ensure compliance with office protocols, and create schedules that optimize staff-to-provider ratios.
Triage incoming patient calls, assist providers with patient needs and referrals, and oversee vaccine inventory and ordering for both sites.
Supervise nursing staff performance, manage attendance and vacation schedules, and hold regular team huddles.
Maintain lab compliance (CLIA/OSHA), ensure all clinical and emergency equipment is functional and stocked, and assist with EMR usage.
Provide floor support as needed, including immunization administration, room setups, and assisting providers with procedures.
Monitor immunization compliance, assist with flu clinic coordination, and follow up with patients post-discharge.
Support quality and compliance initiatives including HEDIS participation and electronic documentation audits.
Work closely with the Practice Administrator and medical providers to improve workflows, staff performance, and patient experience.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in New York State
BSN Bachelor of Science in Nursing
BLS and PALS
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in pediatric or outpatient settings
Prior leadership experience such as Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse preferred
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR); ECW experience a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills
Ability to work independently and lead a cohesive, high-functioning nursing team
Willingness to travel to Scarsdale site 1–2 times monthly (reimbursed)
