One Saturday shift per month is required; you will receive one weekday off that week.

Schedules are released 2–4 weeks in advance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process pharmacy claims to meet client expectations.

• Triage and resolve rejected insurance claims to determine appropriate pharmacy benefits coverage.

• Ensure compliance with all patient assistance program guidelines.

• Thoroughly document findings and activities in accordance with operating procedures.

• Conduct research using internal and external resources as needed.

• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive patient and organizational data.

• Perform all responsibilities in a compliant manner aligned with corporate policies and applicable State and Federal regulations.

• Collaborate across teams including pharmacy staff, compliance, management, and engineering, especially with our Missouri-based pharmacy operations.

Preferred Backgrounds:

• Administrative experience within specialty or independent pharmacies.

• Retail pharmacy technicians seeking roles outside of order entry or fill tech responsibilities.

• Experience in healthcare administration from PBMs, health plans, or pharmaceutical organizations.

• Candidates with non-pharmacy healthcare backgrounds (e.g., DME, cancer care, or other clinical environments) are also encouraged to apply.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with pharmacy claims processing, insurance benefits, and prior authorizations is highly preferred.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
