Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Physical Therapist responsible for developing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. This role involves using therapeutic exercises and modalities to achieve functional goals and revising treatment plans as needed. The therapist will also communicate the treatment process and instruct patients and caregivers in continued exercises post-discharge.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercise and modalities.
• Review patient information and evaluate its impact on the assessment and treatment process.
• Revise treatment plans for patients with injuries or musculoskeletal diseases as needed.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in exercises and therapeutic procedures for post-discharge care.
• Delegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete documentation in accordance with company policies and federal/state regulations.

Qualifications

• Required state license for physical therapy practice in Indiana.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Ability to effectively communicate treatment processes and instructions.
• Experience in supervising and delegating tasks to PTAs and rehabilitation technicians.
