Job Summary

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join the research team. The CRC will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulations, and ethical standards. This role involves coordinating with research teams, patients, and external vendors, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring that clinical trials are conducted efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of clinical research practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, initiation, and execution of clinical trials.
• Screen, recruit, and enroll eligible patients in clinical studies, ensuring informed consent is obtained.
• Coordinate patient appointments, including follow-ups, screenings, and study visits.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adverse events, and other clinical data in accordance with research protocols.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Institutional Review Board (IRB) guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and complete study records, including case report forms (CRFs), source documents, and regulatory binders.
• Collaborate with principal investigators, research teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth study operations.
• Assist with the preparation of study-related documents, reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Provide training and support to study staff on clinical research processes and protocol adherence.
