Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Clinician to provide therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy to HIV-positive individuals with co-occurring disorders. This role involves conducting assessments, crisis intervention, and implementing tailored treatment plans.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Provide treatment modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy to clients.
• Assist in assessing individual needs and maintaining specific goals and objectives.
• Ensure client and staff safety during crisis intervention.
• Support clients in achieving their goals and addressing their needs through evidence-based clinical interventions.
• Offer community consultation and recommended approaches related to mental health and substance abuse issues.
• Provide access to resources, education, and training for clients.
• Implement services, treatments, and care plans tailored to each client, ensuring proper supervision for unlicensed staff.
• Deliver 25 hours of clinical services per week.
• Participate in grant-required continued education conferences and training sessions.
