Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Check in Agent responsible for supporting Check Out and Admin functions for their locations. The primary goal is to ensure smooth operations in patient checkout, appointment scheduling, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient check out
• Scheduling follow up appointments
• Answering phones
• Assisting with FMLA and related paperwork for pregnancy
• Coordinating patient referrals
• Managing patient volumes of 25-30

Additional Requirements

Travel between Midtown Towers and Penn Street locations with an expectation to likely spend Tuesday through Thursday at Midtown.
