• Key Boarding Skills (40 -50 WPM)
• Bilingual Spanish

• Ability to Handle a High Call Volume
• Sorting Through and Organizing Mail in Addition to Preparing Outgoing Mail
• Ability to Answer Online Portal Questions
• Serve Patients in a Friendly and Courteous Manner
• Comfortable Facilitating Inner Office Correspondence
