Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Mammography Technologist to join their team. With a focus on the latest in Artificial Intelligence and advanced technology, the selected candidate will engage in providing exemplary patient care and diagnostic imaging services. The role involves operating mammographic equipment, producing high-quality images, and ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures. Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Operate mammographic and other imaging equipment while adhering to company protocols.
- Produce diagnostic images efficiently while delivering excellent patient care.
- Adjust equipment settings to capture optimal images and maintain patient safety.
- Monitor patient wellbeing during procedures, addressing any discomfort or medical issues.
- Guide patients through procedures, providing clear communication and addressing questions.
- Respond to physician inquiries regarding patient care and imaging results.
- Safeguard patient information and onsite medications, adhering to company policies.
- Establish and maintain professional rapport with patients and colleagues, respecting cultural sensitivities.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Education
- ARRT(R)(M) certification.
- State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
- Required BLS certification.
Qualifications
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
Skills
- Strong patient care skills and professional judgment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule / Shift
M-F, 7am-3:30pm. Full-Time, Onsite.
