Job Overview:

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing clinician schedules for home health clients. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless coordination between field staff, patients, and intake teams.

Responsibilities:
✅ Make outbound calls to patients and screen incoming calls to address staffing needs.
✅ Answer and manage patient inquiries, providing assistance and information.
✅ Develop and maintain clinician schedules for home health visits.
✅ Collaborate and communicate effectively with field staff and intake personnel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Healthcare experience
✔ Epic experience (preferred but not required).
✔ Experience in scheduling, staffing, or administrative roles.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
