Job Summary

Our client is looking for a dedicated QA/QC Technician responsible for managing and enforcing quality programs and procedures, with a focus on the powder manufacturing process and storage. The role involves reviewing, verifying, and testing products across various stages of production to ensure quality and food safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications.
• Maintain calibration of quality control equipment.
• Audit assigned areas and communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency.
• Perform inspections across all stages of production to ensure product specifications are met.
• Conduct sensory evaluations on in-process and finished products.
• Support the Distribution Centers and Warehouses with Finished Goods inspections, SAP transactions, and releases.
• Enter data in Logs pertaining to Quality Metrics.
• Perform SAP transactions and track results using GP/SAP/MS Office programs.
• Verify cleaning using ATP swabs and visual inspections before production.
• Ensure accurate completion of production and quality documents in real-time.
• Complete written process deviations and support various programs and investigations.
• Prepare or collect samples for laboratory testing for both Raw Material receipts and Finished Product investigations.
• Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
