? About the Role

 

As a Circulating OR Nurse, you’ll be a vital part of our surgical team, acting as the patient advocate in the OR while ensuring a safe, efficient, and smooth surgical environment. You’ll coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the procedure from setup through post-op handoff.

 

? Responsibilities Include:

• Circulate during surgical procedures, managing the OR environment and supporting the surgical team
• Serve as the patient’s advocate throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
• Ensure proper documentation, supply readiness, and equipment functionality
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols

 

? Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
• 1+ years of perioperative or circulating nurse experience preferred (outpatient or ASC experience a plus)
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• A collaborative and patient-centered mindset
