Pay: $30-40/HR

Shift: M-F, 5:30AM to 2PM

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have current certification or licensure in the state of employment as an Advanced EMT, LPN, LVN, Paramedic, or RN, following state requirements.
• CPR Certification

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct evaluations of medical history and interviews to assess donor eligibility.
• Complete and document screenings to confirm donors meet suitability requirements for collection, including performing phlebotomy.
• Perform and record physical examinations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Obtain and document donor consent prior to donation.
• Assist with donor mobilization efforts and support additional programs as needed.
• Manage donor-related incidents, including red cell loss, adverse reactions, and behavioral concerns.
• Provide donor education and health counseling to promote informed participation.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly operations, including maintaining site records.
• Collaborate with Regulatory and Quality teams to uphold compliance standards.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a strong understanding of and ensure adherence to SOPs, state and federal regulations, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards for facility compliance.
