What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling high volumes of inbound calls for orders, inquiries, and payments
- Acting as the corporate voice to build strong relationships with the medical community
- Managing customer accounts, tracking orders, and maintaining inventory awareness
- Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Accounting, Marketing, Shipping, etc.)
- Assisting with international order processing and company projects as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years of in-office customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent phone & email communication skills with professionalism & poise
- Ability to problem-solve and manage delicate customer situations
- Comfortable learning and discussing medical product lines
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Previous experience in medical device or life sciences industries
- Exposure to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or ERP systems
