Key Responsibilities:

• Phone & Communication Management: Answer incoming calls professionally and provide assistance as needed.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
• Physician Correspondence: Handle communications and documentation on behalf of physicians.
• Chart Preparation: Organize and prepare patient charts ahead of scheduled visits.
• Insurance Coordination: Contact insurance companies to obtain referrals and authorizations.
• Patient Assistance: Support patients with various administrative and procedural tasks.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or completion of an accredited specialty program preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration, problem-solving, and patient interaction.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
• Proficient in using, maintaining, and troubleshooting office equipment.
