Job Summary
Our client seeks a dedicated X-Ray Technician to join their team, providing top-notch diagnostic imaging services. The primary responsibilities include performing high-quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams, monitoring patients' well-being during procedures, and responding to any questions or concerns from both patients and physicians. Successful candidates will align with the goal of enhancing the healthcare experience for patients, providers, payors, and regulators.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Perform high-quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
- Monitor patients' well-being during exams and address any questions or concerns regarding procedures.
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
- Demonstrate competency in safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information.
- Safeguard any on-site medications according to company policies and legal requirements.
- Respect company property, including cash and patients’ financial information onsite or on patient portals.
- Exhibit professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
- Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivity during interactions.
- Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Qualifications
- ARRT(R) certification.
- State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
- BLS certification.
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

- Passionate about patient care and exercises sound judgment in all situations.
- Exhibits effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Plans work efficiently in fast-paced environments, understanding complex problems quickly.
Schedule / Shift
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
