1. Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Deliver case management services, addressing court-related requirements, SSI needs, and other external challenges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Utilize effective verbal de-escalation techniques to manage crises. (Note: Physical intervention is not used; our verbal de-escalation approach has proven to be 99% effective.)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

1. Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:

• BBS Registered
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

1. Schedule/ Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
