Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented LPN to:

• Gather demographic and clinical information from patients for admission/observation.
• Utilize nursing expertise to assess clinical appropriateness and collaborate with managed care and third-party payors for continued patient care authorization.
• Provide guidance and support to the Case Management team regarding payor-specific processes and expectations.
• Serve as a liaison between payors and the medical management team, addressing payor-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License (Accredited)
• Minimum of two years of experience in a medical or hospital setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
