We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position at a dialysis clinic in Bremerton, WA. The ideal candidate will focus on providing dialysis treatment and direct patient care. Nurses will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Nurses at PSKC will also have charge nurse duties for their location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform morning checks, including water quality and emergency supplies, before patient arrival.
• Assess patient health, manage care plans, and address any unstable conditions.
• Communicate with providers, administer medications, and manage dialysis treatment.
• Serve as charge nurse for assigned shifts, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and Dialysis Clinic Managers (DCMs) to meet patient needs.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Degree: Degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN or ASN acceptable).
• Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multistate Nurse Compact License (include credential #).
• Certifications: Current CPR and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Experience:
• New grads may be accepted at some locations.
• Ideal Target: RN with 1-3 years of nursing experience.
• Perfect Candidate: RN with 1+ years of dialysis experience.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Hemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis.
• Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing.
