We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Port Townsend, Washington. The RN will focus on dialysis treatments and direct patient care. The position includes varying shift options, depending on the clinic's needs, and the RN will play a key role in patient assessment, treatment, and communication with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform morning checks, including water quality and emergency supplies.
• Assess patient conditions, communicate with providers, and administer medications.
• Manage assigned primary patients, ensuring their treatment plans are followed.
• Serve as the charge nurse for the shift, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and Dialysis Clinic Managers (DCMs) for patient care.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Degree: Degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN or ASN acceptable).
• Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multistate Nurse Compact License (please include credential #).
• Certifications: Current CPR and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Experience:
  • New grads accepted in some locations.
  • Ideal Target: RN with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Perfect Candidate: RN with 1+ years of dialysis experience.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Previous Hemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis experience.
• Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing.

Schedule/Shift:

• 5:30am - 6:30pm, Monday, Wednesday, Friday
