Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
\nLocation: Lebanon, TN
\nSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
\nPay Rate: $25.00 – $34.00/hour (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

\n\n

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Lebanon, TN. The ideal candidate will be ARRT-certified, experienced in orthopedic imaging, and confident in operating radiologic equipment in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role requires professionalism, attention to patient care, and a strong understanding of radiation safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n

Perform radiographic procedures as ordered by physicians, ensuring quality imaging
\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Lift and transport patients safely using wheelchairs or stretchers as needed
\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards
\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Prepare patients for imaging by properly positioning them, operating equipment, and setting appropriate exposure levels
\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and answer related questions
\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Minimize radiation exposure by practicing proper safety techniques and utilizing shielding and beam restrictions
\n\t\n

Qualifications:

\n\n

\n\t
High school diploma required
\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Certificate or Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology
\n\t\n\t
\n\t
State of Tennessee Medical Board X-ray Operator’s License
\n\t\n\t
\n\t
ARRT Certification required
\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Prior orthopedic x-ray experience preferred
\n\t\n\t
\n\t
C-Arm experience is a plus
\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Excellent patient care and communication skills
\n\t\n\t
\n\t
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting
\n\t\n

Schedule & Compensation:

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $25.00 – $34.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
