- EPIC experience required
- Excel

Job Responsibilities/ Typical day:
- Applying all payment files into the host system based on the daily EFT deposit listings from the bank
- Posting payments manually and electronically
- Maintaining and inputting data into the Cash Applications Hub Reconciliation tool
- Posting all zero dollar remittances received from the insurance company
- Posting all manual transactions received from the site or Credit Card vendors
- Correcting the daily transaction exceptions to ensure payments are posted to appropriate accounts
- Working all missing payment inquiries and payment transfers through the designate Summit flags
- Settling all Credit Card batches for designated BH Merchant ID's
- Scanning all checks received into the virtual terminal for the patient and commercial lockboxes
- Ensuring all files have bene closed/reconciled appropriately in Remittance Management tool
- Delivering bath/posting information timely for daily close
