• Experience with Payment posting/ reconciliation
• EPIC experience required
• Excel
• Strong computer skills
• Organized
• Detail-oriented
• Must be able to handle direction
• Must have manual/electronic experience

Job Responsibilities/ Typical day:

• Applying all payment files into the host system based on the daily EFT deposit listings from the bank
• Posting payments manually and electronically
• Maintaining and inputting data into the Cash Applications Hub Reconciliation tool
• Posting all zero dollar remittances received from the insurance company
• Posting all manual transactions received from the site or Credit Card vendors
• Correcting the daily transaction exceptions to ensure payments are posted to appropriate accounts
• Working all missing payment inquiries and payment transfers through the designate Summit flags
• Settling all Credit Card batches for designated BH Merchant ID's
• Scanning all checks received into the virtual terminal for the patient and commercial lockboxes
• Ensuring all files have bene closed/reconciled appropriately in Remittance Management tool
• Delivering bath/posting information timely for daily close
