Title: Medical Office Specialist
Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Medical Office Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to be cross-trained in three essential functions: Check-in, Rooming, and Check-out. The position involves interacting directly with patients in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, providing a dynamic and engaging experience. Day to Day:
- Check-in: Greet patients with a warm, friendly attitude; collect demographics, verify insurance, and set expectations for wait times.
- Rooming: Ask scripted intake questions regarding medical and medication history.
- Check-out: Assist patients by walking them to the check-out station, reviewing the encounter sheet with the physician/APP, and ensuring next steps (appointments, tests, referrals) are scheduled.
- Rotate weekly between these responsibilities, providing variety and a dynamic workday.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Job stability is a must (no frequent job changes).

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
