Job Description:

As a key member of our clinic, you will be responsible for managing patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth insurance verification, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and previous experience in a medical office. Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Greet and check in patients, verify information, and ensure proper check-out procedures.
• Confirm patient insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.
• Answer calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Retrieve and respond to patient voicemails promptly.
• Assist with administrative tasks, maintain front desk organization, and support clinic operations as needed.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting
• Previous customer service or patient service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual (preferred)

Schedule/ Shift: M-F 4-10's 7:00am - 5:30pm. Will have either Tues or Thurs OFF.
