Clinical Duties

• Assisting with Procedures - Helping doctors and nurses during ultrasounds, intrauterine inseminations (IUI), egg retrievals, and embryo transfers.
• Phlebotomy & Lab Work - Drawing blood for hormone level tests and assisting with sample processing.
• Administering Medications - Preparing and sometimes administering injections such as fertility medications.
• Taking Vital Signs - Checking blood pressure, temperature, and other vitals before appointments.
• Patient Education - Teaching patients how to administer hormone injections and explaining pre/post-procedure care.

Administrative Duties

• Scheduling Appointments - Coordinating ultrasounds, bloodwork, and treatment cycles.
• Patient Documentation - Updating electronic medical records (EMRs) with test results and treatment progress.
• Insurance & Billing Support - Assisting with prior authorizations for medications and treatments.
• Stocking & Sterilization - Ensuring medical supplies are stocked and instruments are sterilized for procedures.

Shift: Mon- Fri from 7 am - 4 pm, with rotating weekends (Sat & Sun: 7 am - 12 pm)

• CCMA, RMA, or national certification
• BLS certification
