Job Title: Revenue Coordinator
Location: Federal Way, Washington
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts with an 8/8:30 AM start time. Onsite for the first two weeks, and once a month on Wednesdays for fun team bonding activities! 40 hours a week.
Pay: $18.50 per hour

Job Overview:
DaVita is looking for a motivated and results-driven Revenue Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a ROPS Coordinator, you will focus on preparing and submitting paper claims to our patients' insurance providers, while managing the prior authorization process from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the entire prior authorization process, from form submission to approval, for medical services and procedures.
• Preparing and submitting authorization requests to payers, ensuring all necessary patient and service information is included.
• Tracking and following up with payers to confirm receipt of requests and resolving any issues or missing documentation.
• Ensuring authorizations are properly filed in patient records and relevant systems once approved.
• Communicating authorization statuses to clinical and administrative teams, providing updates as needed.
• Working with insurance companies to handle denials, appeals, and ensuring compliance with payer policies.
• Maintaining accurate records of submissions, approvals, and follow-ups, adhering to organizational and payer standards.
